The clients were looking for a design solution to optimize both the property’s fabulous views of Long’s Peak and the home’s unique waterfront location.

The open floor plan of this single story home unites the study, kitchen, dining room and great room, which are in turn connected with the outdoor living space by a series of French doors along the rear façade. The outdoor patio is protected by two portico roofs and a timber trellis.

The open spaces in the center of the home are flanked on either side by a primary wing and a guest wing, which features two additional bedrooms with two full baths.

The high ceilings, hardwood flooring and exposed wooden beams, which were reclaimed from a Colorado mine, create a sophisticated yet comfortable living environment.
