Townhouse Residence Boulder, Colorado

Inspired by the traditional Brownstones of New York City, this townhouse development is comprised of seven townhome units, which feature several upscale characteristics including limestone, brick and zinc façades, private outdoor courtyards and two car garages.

In an end unit, the three floors are unified by a large atrium, whose shape is defined by floor to ceiling glass at each floor level and culminates in a large skylight of the same proportion. An elevator and open stair connecting all three levels borders the atrium and features a custom designed stainless steel rail.

The second level is completely open to allow for entertaining, and features spaces that flow from one to the next: from the generous kitchen to the open dining room, the casual living room and the cozy study.

The upper level is reserved for private living spaces and consists of three bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite and a private junior suite.
